Lavender Vanilla Bean Ice Cream


  • 1 Vanilla Bean

  • 2 Tbsp Lavender Syrup (see below)

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1.5 cups Whole Milk

  • 3 cups Heavy Cream

  • 2/3 cup Honey


1) In large mixing bowl which honey and whole milk until fully combined.

2) Lightly whisk in heavy cream. Add vanilla extract, seed from vanilla bean and lavender syrup

3) Pour in ice cream maker. Mix for 25 minutes and freeze.

Lavender Syrup


  • 1/2 cup Lavender Florets, Culinary Grade

  • 1 cup Warm Water

  • 1 Cup Honey


Combine warm water and honey in pot on stove. Warm to a simmer and then add lavender florets. Turn off heat and steep for 10 minutes. Strain out lavender.
