A warm and spicy metheglin style, Mabon balances just the right amount of coriander, cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg with our pure BC honey.

Mabon is named after the Fall Equinox and the flavours in this honey wine will remind you of holiday meals and cold nights.

Pairing Suggestions

Pairs well with walnut and goat cheese salad, herb encrusted lamb and roasted poultry. Perfect to enjoy in your favourite leather chair by an evening fire.
