Our Fall/Winter 2009 Release Series of honey wines were created using Certified Organic Honey harvested in 2008 from the Peace River District of Northern Alberta. A crisp, dry white honey wine. Refreshing on its own or pairing well with fresh fruit, cheese, chicken or fish.
A warm and spicy metheglin style honey wine. Mabon balances just the right amount of coriander, cardamon, cinnamon and nutmeg with Certified Organic Honey. A great match with Savory and Ethnic dishes.
Luscious and seductive, infused with organic apricots, this dessert honey wine has a lovely weight that coats the tongue with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
